Mount Vintage

Overall quiet. Good walkability. Worse places to live but better ones as well. We were limited in our options when we moved to the area as we wanted to stay on the SC side of Augusta and needed to build a home for our disabled child. The downsides to the neighborhood are: value for money with regards to the HOA fees and the number of older individuals who are high/mighty/uppity/child adverse. The impression we get is that it would be preferable if it was a 55+ community, but it is not zoned as such. If money were no object, we would move out of here. It would be lovely if more families would move into the community to counteract this.
