Professional company 100 percent. I am absolutely satisfied with the work Modern Roofing did to my home. This company went over and above to make sure my house was taken care of due to damage of storms. Workers are highly knowledgeable about the work and are willing to take the time to explain all details relating to the work that needs to be done. Clean up work - excellent. You would never be able to tell that my whole roof was taken apart. Tarps were put down. Grass not ruined. Back deck not ruined. I will have to give Kudos to Anthony and Jermez. Very easy to get in contact with when needed. Customer service perfect.

I recently hired Modern Roofing to replace the roof on my single-story ranch home in West Augusta after Hurricane Helene tore off several regions of shingles and damaged both the underlayment and rafters in one large area. From the outset, their communication as a team was great. Responding promptly to my inquiry, walked me through their hurricane-damage assessment, and explaining key points of issue on my roof to be addressed. They also suggested upgrading to impact-resistant shingles rated for high-wind areas and clearly laid out the pros and cons. Allowed my wife and I to feel like we had made the best decision for the long term on our home. They even went the extra mile by handling much of the back-and-forth with my insurance company. Modern Roofing provided detailed inspection reports, cost breakdowns, and supporting notes to ensure the settlement covered everything needed to do the job right. Having them coordinate directly with the adjuster took a lot of stress off my plate and guaranteed the funds were in place for fully replacing rafters and re-establishing the integrity of our roof. On installation day, the crew arrived on schedule and worked carefully around my landscaping. The site manager was friendly and engaging, which was much appreciated as I really felt like I did not have to manage the process. The work stayed on budget and they even finished a bit quicker than we expected. The workmanship was solid: straight and true lines and clean seals and flashing around vents and edges. The team members were honest, easy to engage and open to small pivots when I had last-minute questions or concerns. Overall, Modern Roofing offered a very good mix of skilled work, clear communication, and honest service. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors and would suggest them to anyone in the Augusta area looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor.

Jeremy stopped by and asked about some repairs I had done after the hurricane, he then asked to contact insurance and ask them to come back and reinspect. He handled the process with professionalism and genuine concern. We had a bit of trouble with our solar company but Modern helped get that process handled as well. Once scheduled Anthony contacted me and explained everything that was going to happen and the time line for the removal of solar panels and the roof to be installed. Everything happened on time and without issues. The crew arrived at 0530 and stayed until 2130. They left some clean-up but because I told them that it was fine and to go get some rest. They came back the next day and finished the clean-up. These guys are above and beyond what was expected and the process was timely, efficient, and as professional as anyone I have dealt with. Simply an amazing experience and literally zero complaints. My sincere thanks to everyone that was involved in the process.

I like many people people here in the Augusta area had damage to my roof after the major storm that hit us in October. I gave Modern Roofing a call. They came out to the house the same day of my phone call. They were so helpful working with the insurance company trying to get my roof replaced when my insurance company only wanted to replace shingles. They worked for months back and forth with my insurance until they got approval for total roof replacement. Happy to say roof was replaced this week. I cannot say enough about this company. Anthony was the young man who was overseeing the construction of the roof. He came by at least twice a day to check on progress and kept me informed through the whole thing. He is such a kind and caring person and I felt like i have a new friend/son. All debris was cleaned up and he even used a magnet in my driveway to pickup stray nails. Can't say enough good things about this company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank You Modern Roofing
