Outstanding service! Have come out to our rental property twice to do repairs in the middle of summer, and both times have arrived and completed the job within two hours of us reporting the problem. Very professional, and get the job done. When they come out to help, we know we are in good hands.

Kevin w/Mobley came out to fix a leaking AC condensate line in our garage, on a Friday evening, after hours (on call). He was super nice, polite to myself & kids, and tried as many options as he had to fix a VERY tricky problem. Itโ€™s hot as heck outside and heโ€™d been on the go since 7am. It really makes a world of difference when a service tech comes out with a great attitude, even when the conditions are miserable.

My AC went out in the midst of 100+ heat. One call and I had a service call set up. It was a Saturday evening too. I needed an uncommon motor but they kept me informed with texts and phone calls. I never had to ask about the status of my repair! Theyโ€™re timely, professional, affordable and dependable, and Iโ€™m totally satisfied.

Six years ago I had Mobley overhaul our heating and cooling system to replace an older unit. I thought things had been alright even though the summer power bills continued to be $300-400/month. Talking to everyone else in the area I know, our bill was well above average. I've had a couple of companies take a look, some said there were minor areas I could fix insulation around the duct work under the house, etc. but nothing seemed to make sense of just how high the bills were. This year I was having the annual maintenance done by a company that is well known in the area but hadn't been to my home and they spotted a few things that, over time, had become much more apparent stemming from the original job. The technician actually knew something was wrong the moment he went under the house and felt how cool it was. Then he spotted where the drainage line didn't only run uphill, it only ran a few feet away from the unit but still under my house. So the last six years it's been dumping moisture inside itself with no where to drain. This has caused the unit to rust out and start to fall apart on the bottom and is dumping cool air straight into the crawl space. On top of that, the duct fitting on the side is nowhere near the correct size and was allowing air to escape there, as well. And to cap it off, the excess moisture has allowed the flue pipe to rust and break open which can lead to leaking out of carbon monoxide. In total, it's going to take 2-3 days of work and $7,000 because of a halfway job six years ago on the installation...
