Sarah Hardin in the leasing office is GOATed! She was so helpful from the moment I emailed about a virtual tour all the way through my move-in and beyond. She reached out to me by email and by text message and offered to sent me pictures of the apartment I was interested in, even taking pictures from the balcony! Sarah was prompt with responses and I was able to do my lease within just a few days of initially reaching out. This woman for real needs a raise because she made my move seamless and was so friendly and personable. Nothing but positive things to say about the wonderful Sarah!!

I’ve lived here for years and cannot say enough good things about the building and extremely kind office staff! My spouse and I love the location in proximity to downtown and how secure the complex is. No place is perfect, but we believe Millhouse is the best option in the Augusta metro for pricing, location, and amenities.

I have been at Millhouse Station for 4 years, I have had the pleasure of growing up as a young adult in this apartment and also raising my 2 year old here as well. Every encounter with the staff is always pleasant, they care. Maintenance is always quick when you need something. The pool and the gym areas are always clean! Its only a few blocks from downtown , and the river which is super convenient.

BEST APARTMENT EVER. From the amenities to the sweet and accommodating leasing staff, i’ve never felt more welcomed by an apartment complex, and taken care of than this one. Not to mention it is close to broad street, and just 5 minutes from AU, so if you ever want to go downtown for their food (highly recommend) or plan on going to AU, this place is perfect!! The prices are worth what you get, so don’t walk RUN to get your apartment here!!!!

LOVE Millhouse Station! Staff is so kind, both stephanie and sarah are always responsive and has made our stay here awesome. Super safe, clean, and great amenities that are always taken care of. Could not recommend this place more especially for a student or someone who wants a nice quiet place for their family!
