Her counsel on negotiating price and terms was spot-on, and her responsiveness was extremely impressive. She went above and beyond our expectations on communicating between us and the other realtor, including making lots of phone calls to help coordinate inspections and vendors. We had a great experience. Before we were on the market Jessica explained the process and what to expect. She provided a photographer that took beautiful pictures. We were under contract the first weekend on the market. Once under contract Jessica was always available with any questions that we had. We would highly recommend Jessica she was professional, friendly and always made us feel like we were a priority.

We recently purchased a home from 500 miles away, and Beau made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was incredibly responsive—always quick to answer any questions we had—and made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. Beau handled communication with the builder, followed up on concerns promptly, and truly felt like he was in our corner throughout the entire process.
