Ever since my first meeting with Sherri I was convinced she would do an excellent job listing and selling my property. In that meeting she laid out her approach for listing a property and her plans for continued follow-up. I was very impressed. Next, she had her team produce a an interactive video of the property. When I saw the professionalism of that video when posted to their site I was blown away. We received an offer the first day it was listed. Unfortunately, the home inspection identified some minor structural issues, and it scared off the buyer. But Sherri, along with her husband Gary, were quick to assure me that there was nothing major and helped locate someone to resolve the issue. As the property continued to be listed Sherri was in constant contact regarding showing and status of the listing. As we received offers, particularly when on the lower end, she worked with me to identify counter offers and which was to decline. In the end we closed on the house just shy of the original asking price. That offer required some additional items requiring a fix after the inspection and Gary again worked with me to find a very reasonable and inexpensive contractor to address those issues. All in all in was a very much easier and stress free process than I ever imagined. Great job Sherri…and Gary!!!

This was my second successful listing with Sherri. Early in the listing process she and Gary gave me a very honest evaluation of my father's estate property, as well as some very profitable suggestions. Their knowledge and expertise garnered an "as is" sales price much better than I was expecting, especially after suffering a great deal of Hurricane Helene damage. Their team was with me every step of the way, always ready, willing and able to handle any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely call upon Sherri for any future real estate needs I may have.

Claudio was amazing throughout the entire process. His knowledge made us very comfortable with selling our house. Thanks to Claudio we accepted an offer within two days of listing our house. He was able to sell our house for more than we listed it.

While I did not sign with Sherri because of redirection problem, I did finally get to speak with her after I signed with another agent. Even after she knew she would not get my business, she offered me helpful advice and reassured me that I was in good hands with the real estate agent I signed with. I was totally impressed with her professionalism and attention to details. She is clearly a class act and well respected in the community and among her peers. I will definitely consider her for future real estate deals.
