Found a condo a year or so ago in Aiken through an internet search and contacted the selling realtor, Anita Parks, to take a look at it. Even though I decided not to purchase that condo I remembered how friendly, professional and communicative Anita was. So this spring when I found something I was interested in again, I contacted Anita to be my realtor.
