McDonald's

I received Positively Outstanding service here! The manager was friendly and welcoming, first thing this morning. That's how you help start a customer's day, and keep yourself in positive mindset. I felt valued.

I haven't had McDonald's in about 5 years and couldn't believe this when I ordered it here what the heck is that lol. The service was lovely though!!

What happened? Last year the food was better than other nearby McDonalds, it was fast, fine, and always hot. Every time I've gotten food from here this year, it was cold, tasted awful, gave me food poisoning, was dastardly expensive, and took over half an hour to arrive, even for small meals. I will be reporting this location to any relevant health agencies.

I’m sorry, but you don’t get to leave a mcchicken sitting in the warmer all day and then decide to give it to me when I order a mcchicken. The bread was hard, chicken was soggy. Lettuce was dark brown. Sheesh people. I don’t mind waiting for correctly done food just tell me you need a minute to drop some fresh. I could understand if this were 12 at night. But it wasn’t.

No greeting. Absent minded cashier, standing at the register... waiting while they have a conversation about what boy they are seeing, barely acknowledging existence of customers, and only did after asking if I could order, then getting a snarky attitude. Top that with a THIRTY minute wait for a single burger.. at 4pm(not exagerating), without a single car in the drive thru and dead lobby. No apologies, no remedy. There isint really any other way to say it other than **** this spot. I got low expectations for a fast food place, but my God these people are in competent .
