McDonald's

I came in around 11:20 to get food for my sick mother — this is her favorite meal, and I was hoping to make her day a little better. I understand it was late, but the store closes at 12:00. When I placed my order, a woman named Ashley (just identifying her for clarity) seemed frustrated when I asked if I could get a McFlurry. She simply replied, “No,” in a dismissive tone — it wasn’t said playfully or kindly. She then remarked that we were making her job harder just by ordering a Coke, fries, and a McFlurry. When we got to the second window, she handed us our food and immediately shut the window without a word. This was our food in the image a coke with no ice and a medium fries filled to the bottom of the red and no straw. McDonald’s do better this is just disgraceful and unacceptable for a hundreds of billion dollar company or any company in fact.

Absolutely unbelievable. Box in waiting for 40 mins. Soooo slow. Walked in to order on the kiosk and people getting our food before us without the wait. If they don’t have enough people working they should shut down the drive through instead of making people wait. We won’t be back

This morning we wanted to get some Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagels and this is what I got. Both burnt to crisp at over $5 a pop this is completely unacceptable. This isn’t the first time they messed up my order, I’m still waiting for a refund for a shake I never got cause the machine was broken from March!!! The employees aren’t trained correctly and Management hasn’t responded, tired of waiting for my few bucks back, I’ll just give my money to someone who actually cares about the product they put out. I wonder how this chain is still open.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I've ever experienced. The employees are at best apathetic and at worst rude. When you get your order, you better check it out. It might be your order, it might be someone else's. It might be what you ordered, or they might have decided to mix it up a bit. It's a fun game of "What am I gunna get?" No matter what you get, it'll be pathetic. Order a Big Mac? Expect the bun to be on one side of the container, the meat will be in your fry box. The fries? Maybe there's salt, maybe there's not. Depends on how long they've been sitting in at the fry station. 10 seconds? Piping hot but zero salt. 10 hours? Cold, soggy, and so much salt that it absorbs all the water in your body. But, you wont get the 10-second fries very often because they like to take their sweet time getting you your order. I waited 10 minutes for a McMuffin just today. There's not a single item on the McMenu that takes 10 minutes to make. This location is trash. Frankly, all McDonalds are trash anymore, but this one goes above and beyond to be the absolutely laziest, unappealing location I've been to in memorable history. So, well done, gang. You win the gold medal in sucking in an industry that is replete with suck. Here are a handful of pictures of their amazing work. We have a filet o fish where the cheese is half hanging off the bun on one side while the patty is running away in the other direction. Also, a couple of the saddest chicken sandwiches ever. Another fish where the cheese is folded up in the top corner and the sauce barely made it on the sandwich. Lastly, a double cheeseburger they made with their eyes closed before jamming their thumb down in the middle of it.

Lady at the drive through handed us our food with no drinks. We had 3 meals and 2 kids meals. She gave us 2 drinks after saying something and we told her we were still missing drinks. She pushed kid meal drinks into my husbands hands and he said we are still missing a coke. She asked us to pull up. I told her no. We were not pulling up for my son’s drink. I asked for a manager who then gave me the coke. The manager was nice but employee had such a bad attitude. Got down the rd and had to go back because they didn’t give us our nuggets. Do better!
