I’m honestly not sure how this is a brand-new McDonald’s and it’s already operating this slowly and inefficiently. You would think with new management, a fresh staff, and updated systems, the service would be sharp and up to par—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that things were unorganized. Orders were piling up on the screen while the staff moved around with no sense of urgency. Customers were visibly frustrated, and several people walked out before even getting their food. I waited far longer than expected for a basic order that should’ve taken minutes. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a newly opened location already struggling to meet even the most basic service expectations. If this is how they operate now, I can only imagine how things will look in a few months if changes aren’t made. New or not, this McDonald’s needs serious improvement in speed, coordination, and customer service.

I ordered a large meal. And my fries were only half full, I thought maybe I paid for a smaller meal and maybe they didn’t have the smaller fries container. Had a rough day at work and didn’t feel like going home to cook so decided to go to one of my favorite fast foods. Didn’t feel like going in to complain. They need to do better.

They were extremely rude to my sister and I. When stated that we were going to get two separate orders and went into depth about the orders. “Two number 7’s, both of them larges.” “One meal with ketchup and cheese please” When pulling up to the first window to pay, the girl read out the order and I nicely informed her that it was incorrect. She closed the window to find help, fine. She “fixed it” and only said the total. I asked her to repeat my order again and she said it wrong again. She closed the window again and “fixed it” one more time with help again. This time, another worker came up and just blurted out the total without recalling out my order before I gave her my card to charge. I asked her to recall out my order and she repeated it but it was still wrong. Another person came for the third time and they finally fixed it right this time. Next, we pulled up to the second window to receive our meals. There was, who I believe to have been the manager, and he handed me the wrong sized drink. I realized after grabbing it that it was the wrong size. I turned back around and told him that it was the wrong size and he replied, “Well give that back here. I need it back here or I can’t remake it.” I held my tongue back and just handed him the drink. He asked me to pull forward and I politely declined because 1. My card already been charged, 2. It was just a simple fix with the drink and 3. It is pouring raining outside and I didn’t think it was necessary to have anyone having to walk outside just to give me a drink. Another lady at the window asked me to pull up as well and I replied back to her, “No thank you. I’ll like to wait here if that is okay.” I then asked the “manager” for sweet and sour sauces since I did have 3 meals, well he only passed off 1. So I waited till I received my drink from him and asked for more sweet and sour sauces and he only handed me 2. I told him thank you, DESPITE the horrible treatment. Never will I go here again. I will rather make...

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received during my visit yesterday. 3 employees standing in the dining room assisting customers with the kiosk. Asking tables if they needed anything. Running Togo orders. It was basically chick fila level service. The food was hot and fresh as well. Only downside is you have to order through the kiosks. They don’t technically have an order counter with menus. But nonetheless A+ rating

Customer service is great as far as how employees are nice but the food experience is horrible. This is the second time that the food has been more than unacceptable. The first time on Sunday 05/25 I ordered two 4 for $5 Mcdouble Meal, both 4 pc nuggets were filled with tarter sauce only and the fries were soggy and non eatable. The second time today about 6 minutes ago I ordered a 4 for$5 McDouble Meal and a Quarter pounder medium Meal. The nuggets were hard that my 4 year old did not even eat them and the bread on the Quarter Pounder was hard as bricks. There is no number to call to report and to just be getting off work or leaving church service has no energy to drive 6 to 8 minutes for an order that is not of the quality of McDonalds. Please send this information to 3990 Harper Franklin so the service can improve.
