I came the day they held the fundraiser for the SPCA. Was looking for a mattress anyway and what better day to purchase one where proceeds go to a good cause. Ember was knowledgeable and really helped me find the best mattress for me and my back pain. I tried a few out and we definitely found my favorite. The mattress delivery service was perfect. They were on time and very friendly. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase and experience.

We absolutely LOVED SADIE!!! I came in today to purchase 3 mattresses for our house at the lake.. she helped answer all my questions and helped us decide what was best for us and our budget. I came to purchase a matrees. Iwas greeted by Sadie and she asked what I was looking for. After explaining my want and price range, Sadie went to work. She is an expert and she listens well. Sadie lets the product sell themselves without pushing or steering any purchase. I was well pleased with her professional manner- yet she maintained the human aspect of a mattress purchase. Bought a new bed on President's Day 2025, and after encountering some problems with the delivery (not Mattress Warehouse), Spencer the store manager personally visited our home and took charge to make sure everything was perfect!
