This was by far my best experience ever buying a car and I’m 62 years old! My salesman Ben was fantastic. No high pressure and very professional and respectful. Truck was ready to look at when I arrived. A few days after purchase a check engine light came on. The dealership had me bring it back and repaired it at no cost to me. It’s a used vehicle with no warranty!!! That’s how you treat a customer and why this dealership has been around for so long. I’ll be buying another truck from them even though it’s a two and a half hour drive from my house! Thanks Master Chevrolet!!

430in the afternoon, leaving work and my oil sensor And vehicle oil reservoir barely registered any lubricant, making a clinging noise, so I immediately stopped the vehicle and filled oil. I went over to Master Chevrolet a few minutes before closing to inquire about getting the vehicle looked at perhaps the next day, and JOSH (service advisor) could see how stressed I was. He took the time to come out and Look at my vehicle and immediately Identified the problem. He took a socket set and corrected the problem. Then took a few minutes to examine and listen at the engine and explained what happened. when I asked how much the charge would be, he just set a handshake, smiled and wished me a great day. Thanks to Josh for taking time out at the end of the day at closing time to get me out of a bind and put my mind at ease. A+ customer service, compassion, and knowledge. In today’s World, we could use more of this!!!!!!!! A+++++++++

Fast check-in, and they did the computer re-flash service for the recall quickly and reliably which was exactly as expected. If I wasn't satisfied, I wouldn't bring it back here for them to do the service. No worries.

Dropped my 2013 Chevy Volt in on 02/03/2025. Service department didn't look at my vehicle until the 02/10/2025. Told me it was the transmission. Tjey told me transmission would cost 13k. I went on 02/14/2015 and paid my diagnostic fee and retrieve my belonging from my car. They blocked my truck in until they got my key back. Mike told me they need my car key back so I don't steal the vehicle. The car couldn't go into gear. I sold my car to peddle on 02/17/2025. My car battery was dead but was fine when I brought it in. I had to jump my chevy volt with a battery charger. Mike the service manager gave me that suggestion. I just feel like something wasn't right about this ordeal. Update: replying to owners response. The battery was fine when I dropped off, and then it was dead when I sold the vehicle this morning. When an employee blocks my vehicle from leaving until I return the key after I already paid my invoice on 02/14/2025. I told Mike that when the tow truck shows, I would notify him. That is being respectful. I appreciate the reply back, but my battery shouldn't have been dead, and no business employee should have blocked me from leaving the business and surrender my property back so I can leave. I understand that notifying the business for tow truck, the vehicle was being picked up, which I did.

I took my car in to Master Chevrolet in Aiken SC bc my car’s check engine light was on at my oil change appt. The code was PO302 on March 17th(and at oil change the week before). It took 2 weeks to “diagnose” an issue that was diagnosed from the code reading at my oil change a week prior to me dropping off my car. Columbia SC Dealer attempted to have me pay $1250 to fix this issue on March 14th. I declined and returned to Master Aiken Chevy on the following Monday. After 2 weeks, I was told over $300 for same diagnosis as Columbia which was engine cleaning bc they were blaming it on bad gas usage. After agreeing to pay over $300 to complete engine cleaning , they completed the process and called to say that didn’t fix the issue. I was then told the cylinder needed to be replaced which would be considered a warranty issue. I was not accommodated with a loaner vehicle during the month without mar car bc the dealership had none available at all during my car’s stay. After 2 weeks with my car in the dealer’s shop, the parts had to be ordered and vehicle fixed(same issue that the code advised as the issue). The vehicle was picked up on 4/3 after I called daily for status check-ins. My family of 6 only own 1 vehicle during this period and this was a major inconvenience. The rep, Mike, advised that I would be able to get a rental car of similar size from Enterprise, which was a lie. Enterprise states Chevy customer requests are not priority and did NOT honor that promise on Mike’s behalf. Very poor customer service and satisfaction all around for my first ever warranty repair after purchasing many brand new vehicles. ZERO STARS!!!
