Market Street Station Apartments

Taylor was very polite and courteous. Willing to help in any way she could. Very professional. It was a pleasure meeting her. The apartment was beautiful. The grounds, very well maintained. Beautiful place.

Last summer my husband and I came from IL and toured I believe 7 apartment complexes, Haven at Market Street Station being one. We compared amenities, pricing, location, whether we were allowed to have our 2 cats, etc. Haven really stood out to me and I’m extremely happy we made them our choice about 8 months ago. We got a 2 bed 2 bath. Things I love about it are the walk in closets, the counter space in the bathrooms, the master bathroom having double sinks, the view of the trees from our windows (our cats really enjoy watching the birds too), the back balcony, great water pressure and temperature, the dishwasher, the big food pantry, the perfect amount of living space, the pool, the gym, and the office staff. The office staff has always been so friendly and extremely helpful. In my experiences, they’ve always responded quickly to help me with anything. This place feels like home so you know they’re doing something right because I’ve never lived anywhere but in Illinois until now.

I have been living here for about two years; the staff has always been extremely friendly and quick to assist with our needs. They are extremely caring and I love my apartment and our beautiful view. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Location is pretty much accessible and very close to my workplace. It is gated and I feel secured. The apartment itself is complete with what you need, clean, well lighted and spacious. I can park my car anywhere or in front of my unit. I have been using the amenities especially the fitness center a lot, there’s a pool too and a playground for pets and you can wash your car also. Friendly staff & neighbors. I rarely hear noise and i love the spectacular view outside. Quiet and serene. Im glad i made the right choice to stay here.

I've had an overall great experience so far. Kristen is such an amazing, professional and pleasant manager. She is always willing to help. I'm also very pleased with the speed of response whenever I have requested maintenance. Thanks! And keep up the good work!
