True, they make human mistakes, but they are quick to repair, replace or correct problems. Tony is always polite and helpful, and sent out his professional techs to fix my sliding glass bath door a second time. I’m feeling confident that if it gives me more problems they will honorably repair it.

Update #3- after the UV bond the crack did indeed run without days. Not by much but still. I contacted Tony and he was quick to respond and agree to go ahead and replace the mirror. They came out within a few days and now I have a crack free mirror! Overall they did what was right but the communication before hand was lacking. I’ve changed my stars from 5 to 2 to 3 and now to 4. Update #2- finally someone responded and they came out and I’ve bonded the mirror. They said it could have been something as simple as a grain of sand that caused the crack. I’m still not happy about the crack but for now it’s sealed and won’t run. Update- not even 3 months into having my mirrors installed I see a small crack growing from the base of one of my mirrors.( no fault of my own, it appeared out of no where) I contacted the company and I was told I could buy a new one at a discounted price. Of course I disagreed with this, so I voiced that (respectfully) and Tony agreed to at least come look at the mirrors. I asked him what his availability was and got no response. Waited a few days asked again- no response. I’ve also emailed the owner and a manager about the issue and no response. Due to this I DO NOT recommend this company. I’m very disappointed. Original post - I used this company for mirrors in my dance studio. I was very pleased with the process and installation time.

I recently contacted Maner Custom Glass to install a grab bar in a tile shower. I greatly appreciate the job that Lamar did on the installation. It looks great. Lamar was very, polite, professional and wasted little time in getting the job done. Even though this was not a huge job, it was approached with great professionalism. Lamar also took great pains to clean up after the installation was completed. I also want to thank Angela for assisting me in getting this installation scheduled. I highly recommend Maner Custom Glass.

I really like the shower doors they sold me and installed for me. Very high quality product and service. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth the cost

Ordered bathroom mirror .Easy . And piece of glass tabletop replacement that requires a home visit because it requires a hole the size of a penny drilled in it. Fingers crossed but I think they can handle it. btw they will bring mirror to home visit. Staff professional and nice. Here is table and I don't know how to manipulate my phone pictures as I am old and addled.
