I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Majestic Carpet Cleaning! From start to finish, Burt was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond. He took the time to educate us on the best products and techniques for maintaining our carpets, and his attention to detail was impressive to say the least. Burt managed to remove stubborn stains we had long given up on, including those on our carpet and stairs. Beyond the job we hired him for, Burt also showed incredible thoughtfulness by cleaning the seat of our beloved dog that had passed away. He even managed to remove a 4-year-old stain we’d struggled with for years. Our carpets have never looked better! I have tried three local companies prior to majestic and I can honestly say I don’t need to try any more companies. I highly recommend Majestic. They exceeded all expectations!

My children spilled paint and tried to clean it off. 2 days later my toddler smeared poop all over the carpet... Burt was the 3rd company I called and he was super transparent. He told me I could find others that would do the job for half the price he charges. And then he went on telling me what to buy to get it all cleaned up!!! No charge whatsoever!!! This is why, even if it's double the price, I'm referring this company, and when it's time for service, I will hire them. I rather this relationship over saving a few bucks with companies that don't really care. Thanks again Burt!

I scheduled for a carpet cleaning. They were very honest with me that they believed that the carpet was too far gone to be cleaned. I appreciate their honesty and they did not charge me. They very well could have cleaned the carpet and said that was the best they could do and still charge me. It is rare to find a business that is ethical and honest these days.

We called six months ago to see about getting our carpets cleaned and not only did he answer late at night (we thought it would be a voicemail) but the interaction we had with Burt was so pleasant. Since we had only been in our apartment a few months we decided to wait and he gave us some helpful tips to take care of pet messes in the meantime. Well that left a lasting impression on us that when it came time to get them cleaned last week, we called them up! Burt came out last Thursday and did a fantastic job with our dingy carpets. He was so personable, kind, and knowledgeable about what work needed to be done and explained what he was doing. He even gave me some fantastic tips for hiking local areas and where to mine for gems when he saw we collected crystals that we can’t wait to try out. He was in and out in no time and we are thoroughly impressed with the work he did. If you are like me and need to read a million reviews before deciding on something, look no further! We will definitely be calling him again in the future :)

If you need carpets cleaned the only one to call is Bert at Majestic floor care. arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our 25 year old carpet. forget the rest get the best !!!
