Sandy is absolutely the best!! I love the vibe between all of the girls. I wasn't sure when I first walked in, so don't judge the book by the cover or these reviews! I drive from the north side of Aiken to north augusta to have my nails done. The product that is used there is amazing, no lifting even when I'm over due, no discoloring of my natural nails, no chips, etc!!!

Okay, the previous reviews almost made me change my mind. So glad I went! Linda did an amazing job on my nails. She was kind, funny and has a ton of nail knowledge. The salon was clean. Linda's workspace was clean and organized. Maybe the bad reviews was to keep this great place a hidden secret. 🫥 well, the secret is out. I love how my nails look and I'm booked again for 12/18/24. THANK YOU AGAIN LINDA!!

While in town for Christmas, I visited this salon for nail service and a pedicure, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The salon was understaffed, with several nail techs missing. After being asked to wait for a pedicurist and nail tech to become available, I was finally seated. However, the demeanor of the pedicurist, Linda, was less than professional. Initially, Linda made conversation, but her tone felt condescending. When I asked about the polish used on my pedicure, she became defensive, stating, “I asked you before I started.” I tried to diffuse the tension, but Linda seemed unable to reset the conversation or offer an apology. Later, when I requested that she not use scented lotion due to a personal sensitivity, she responded dismissively, saying, “Everything has fragrance in it.” Despite explaining my situation calmly, she became combative and unprofessional. I ultimately had to ask to end the conversation altogether. Additionally, I waited an hour and a half for a nail tech, which was supposed to coincide with my pedicure. At that point, I decided not to proceed with the full set. It’s unclear whether Linda’s behavior was personal or reflective of her general attitude, but it was unacceptable in a service-oriented business. This experience left me questioning whether the owners prioritize customer satisfaction or are simply focused on profit. The salon would benefit from improvements such as an online appointment system, hiring qualified and professional staff, and streamlining operations that will lead to more efficiency instead of offering unrelated products like counterfeit Louis Vuitton scarves. Even the staff that provide decent customer service speak harshly to customers. I cannot recommend this salon and will not return.

The atmosphere is great. Sandy is awesome. Friendly, she makes you feel nothing but comfortable. If you are undecided about your color she will help you pick out one. She doesn’t rush you. She’s amazing.

I’ve tried a few places here in Aiken and Luxury Nails is easily the best! Friendly, fast service and a spa-like atmosphere that is clean and Covid-conscious without being rude. I walked in without an appointment for the Fourth of July weekend and every pedicure chair was full, but, a nail technician got me right back to her desk. In no time she did this beautiful ‘dip’ French manicure, despite the fact that it was extremely busy and I was a walk in. The guys do a great foot massage. In a hurry, I’ve even smudged a regular manicure while opening my car door on my way home. I turned around walked right back in. My nail technician quickly fixed it-no charge! Even though I didn’t wait for it to dry before leaving the salon.
