LuLu's Express Car Wash

I came this morning for my wash and Tiffany was great! I went through and she came over to me and asked me to run through again bc I didn’t have the right wash selected for my membership because she likes to make sure her customers get exactly what they pay for! I really appreciate her taking her time and making sure her customers get what we pay for and are 100% satisfied! Great way to start my morning! Loved her positivity this morning!

If you drive a truck DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY going to Lulu's on Richland Ave in Aiken. You will get a half assed wash none of the overhead brushes came on nor the buffer this has happened several times at this car wash. When I said something to the manager he basically said it was there prerogative to turn them off if they see fit. I've been a swift pass member since 2019 I think I'll switch to Titlewave car wash on Silver Bluff rd. "BUYER BE WARE OF LULU'S"

Have to change my 5 star rating from the past 3 years now. Been going to this exact location 3x a week at least, nicest managers never had a problem. Today 04/02/2025 at 6:50pm I had the worst experience. The soap and water starting coming through part of my sunroof as I drove away from the car wash. I then saw long lines scratching my car right in front of my sunroof. I had just left my house and I keep my car (with only 15,000 miles on it) in pristine condition which is why i use a car wash so often. I went back to talk to the manager and not only did she completely deny it was the car wash, she acted like because my car is a 2015 that it was too old for their policy (which i totally understand) but mine is a $60k car with only 15,000 miles on it and there's 0% chance the sunroof seal has lost its integrity between today and two days ago when I went though the same car wash location. I was belittled, berated, and made to feel stupid for even wanting to file a complaint to corporate. Begrudgingly the manager finally started to fill out the form after all of this drama. After 10 minutes she finally apologized at the end saying some sentence that sounded like a robot while taking accountability for the damage. I dont know how she could make it completely my fault, have me basically beg her to fill out the form for damage, and then she apologizes at the end not realizing she's taking culpability for the incident. I have never been so rudely treated in my entire life. Honestly, I didn't expect anything to be done. I knew it was a small malfunction and the risk of using a drive thru car wash even though it says its a *touchless* car wash. The manager said the lines were horizontal and they could not have made the scratches even though the literal roller that goes over that part of the car is a horizontal piece of metal. I literally went back so they could fix the car wash and someone else's car wouldn't get soap and water all on their leather seats like mine was or s...

I come to this location a lot because this women I always see ALWAYS welcomes me with a smile and it just makes my days so good. All locations should be like this(the happy employees) and so professional, it’s always clean, while I wish it washed my truck like the other locations I literally come here because the women is so smiley and always does a great job prepping my truck. Thanks lulus. Hire more people like her! I think her name is Tiffany ! I just went up to her and asked her for her name.
