LuLu's Car Wash

I have never been to Lulu‘s before and I did not know how to use the rug cleaner and Miss Sara helped me. I really enjoyed her conversation and how she made me feel very welcomed there. Anyone that goes to Lulu‘s on Jackson Road ask for Sara She is the best.

Always great customer service when I visit. The drive thru cleans as a drive thru car wash does and there is good availability for after the drive thru cleaning...Mazell at the jackson rd location is awesomeness...great customer service and quick...helped me efficiently with my issue to get through the drive thru car wash... Thanksssss...I'll be back and I'll recommend to others!!!!!! 😃 😊 😀

If you want great customer service definitely go to Lulu's and ask for Jodi or the manager jo they are both fantastic! Jodi stood out in the heat for 15mins to help me figure out how to get my antenna to go down and when I was cleaning my car out Jo noticed me struggling & brought me towels & window cleaner! I was amazed at the customer service!!

I rode through not knowing I had to pay for a wash B4 vacuum my car but the lady was real cool bout it an broke down the membership 4 me an all the free stuff that members get. Shout out Ms Jodi an the manager lady jo showed me where all da cleaning stuff n towels were. Y'all sure do a lot 4 y'all's members. It's real cool up there

The Lulu on Jackson Road is my favorite car wash in the CSRA. The staff is very professional and has great customers service. Ms Mazell is very personable and she talk to most customers if time permits. I beeb to this spot for long time, she is the best of them all. Thank you for su h great service.
