I've always had a good experience at this store and love visiting! Wanted to shout out Craig for helping me at the inline order pick up desk today. Everyone else was busy and he went out of his way to help the employees working hard, and everyone waiting on orders out in a friendly and timely manner. It is greatly appreciated 👏

Had a really good experience at this place. Wanted to buy a very specific item, checked the inventory using the app which said it had plenty available. We went to the store to purchase, instead of using the app to buy online, we bought in store so we could select the product ourselves and not have somebody pick out one that we didn't want. When we found the item, an associate was very quick to help us get it loaded on a flatbed then to the register. From there they helped us get it loaded in the truck. Great customer service, very helpful and courteous. For this I give a five-star rating.

I did a curbside order and picked up on 1/14/25, I waited for the survey to come through to post it but did not receive it. So instead I’ll post a review here. I have to say I had the best experience when I picked up my order, I was parked for about 2 minutes before my order came out. Yolanda was super friendly and fast. She showed great customer service, professionalism and even chatted a brief moment with me when she saw I had my fur baby with me. I love people that have love for our furry friends. She was super sweet and is a great asset to this location! I look forward to coming back and with luck get to have her as my associate again!

The Peach Orchard Road location is terrible. They never answer the phone (I've literally let it ring for 40+ minutes at a time). Not even their regional customer service can get anyone to answer the phone. On more than one occasion I've paid for same day delivery on in stock items, and the delivery date just gets pushed multiple times until I finally have to cancel out of frustration. And no one seems to care. Don't waste your time with this store --go ANYWHERE else.

I used to love Lowes but they have steadily been going downhill. They don't keep the inventory stocked. Customer service is completely gone. Employees just don't care. Especially at the S.W. Augusta location.
