I love my therapist! She amazes me with her insight. I am grateful that I found her. As far as the company goes, I didn't like how I had to make an appointment and complete a lot of information online. It's also difficult to reach the local office and cancel an appointment. The penalty for canceling in less than 24 hours is also harsh because you or a loved one may get sick or have an emergency.

LifeStance has literally saved my life and changed my perception on therapy. I had been hitting brick walls and almost at rock bottom trying g to get therapy in a new state. I finally contacted LifeStance and they gave me an appointment immediately! Tucker, my therapist, makes me feel comfortable- more like I’m having a discussion with an unbiased friend instead of a counselor. He has helped me sort through and confidently make life altering decisions.

Kelli is absolutely wonderful. Asking the right questions and helping me understand why people are doing and I can’t control what happens in my home. Time to hit the road I’m paying the bills and I’m the one in control.

Today is my first day visiting my psychotherapist. Unfortunately, I was running a little late due to traffic, as I’ve told someone at the front desk. I’m glad I’m able to come in, as long as I’m not supposed to be late. My new psychotherapist is really nice, firm, kind and has tons of information that I’ve been researching on about my well being, my health and my condition (Inattentive ADHD aka formerly ADD). Even I’m just getting to know her today, I’d still have to work on what triggers me being angry, depressed, having harmful thoughts and etc. I know she’s isn’t trained to manage medication, but I’ve told her that my medication really helps me. In my next appointment, I can’t wait to see and take notes on how to cope with my condition and my mental health along with her help. To be honest, this appointment is 100% better than my therapists/paychiatrists in the past. This place really deserves 5 stars!! Same with my psychotherapist!!

We waited a full MONTH for a new patient appointment, sent them all our insurance and medical information immediately when booking the appointment but the DAY OF our appointment we got a text saying they don't take our insurance. This practice is heartless and harmful. My wife could have gotten into a different doctor if we had known they didn't take our insurance. If a bill shows up for a missed appointment, my attorney will have a field day with them.
