Lewis Bus Line

This bus line has a wreckless driver! I was just on interstate 26 in SC and was going 80 mph in the right lane and one of these Lewis Buses kept riding my bumper and flashing their bright lights at me. Then as I was about to exit, I start slowing down to 75mph to turn off onto the exit and the bus got so close to me, it almost hit me. This aggressive driving is incredibly dangerous not only for the people on the road but for the bus passengers. Do better.

This bus company is awful please don't book!!!! They have the worse busses with nothing working! Our bus cut off multiple times and our students from our school were injured! The Manager said if we cared about our students we should have told the bus driver to find another bus. What does that have to do with unpleasant experience?? Then they said they don't like our school and don't want to book our school anyway. So you really don't care about the students in Richmond County do you??? I asked to speak to the owner and the manger said no I'm in charge and it was my fault because we left 20 minutes late. Once again what does that have to do with the bus jerking, students falling and hitting their head, some televisions not working, the fact that we jerked and moved so hardly that 2 students got sick, and the fact that he drove out in traffic twice and popped the curve so hard the bus shut off in the middle of the road in Atlanta? This company is only about money! They do not care about the safety of the students! I cannot believe the horrible experience I had and that you insulted and spoke negatively about students, teachers, and parents! I never had an issues like this with Horizon bus line and this place is the most expensive in the area. How are you the most expensive company yet nothing on your busses work and you have rude employees. If the owner can contact me please since the manager said it was my fault and the owner will not contact me nor will she give him a message for me. Please contact me my trip was on April 18th.

I have been on many trips through my school and church, and I have never experienced the awful service that we received via Lewis Bus Line. We commissioned four of their buses to take our children from SC to GA. One of the buses didn't even make it out of our school's parking lot. When trying to handle business, one of the drivers, KENT, was extremely rude to the teachers and administrator. We were supposed to leave our school at 6 am, but we didn't leave until well after 9. (By the way, the part that was needed was already on the bus. This let us know that they knew something was wrong with the bus when they sent it.) We used one of our district buses to take us to the state line to meet a new Lewis Bus Line bus. Guess what happened. That bus broke down on the highway after entering GA. Our itinerary, which was carefully planned, was ruined for the day. The last group of students didn't make it to the Georgia Aquarium until 4 pm. Not only were the buses awful, but the customer service was terrible. Ms. Elsie's words to the teacher who planned the trip was, "I don't know what's wrong with y'all's trip." Ma'am. There is nothing wrong with the trip. Your buses apparently haven't been serviced properly. Between the raggedy buses, Ms. Elsie's lack of professionalism, and Kent's very rude behavior, I would not recommend this bus line for anyone. My hope is that they will learn from their mistakes, but I certainly wouldn't put my trust in them with students onboard.

We booked Lewis for a dance school trip to Birmingham! It was a great trip, the bus was comfortable and the driver got us to and from safely. Not to mention he accommodated all of our extra food trips, etc. DEFINITELY will book exclusively in the future.

This company was chartered by our school for a field trip. Long story short, two of the four busses broke down and compromised the SAFETY of our kids and chaperones. This bus company should be ashamed of themselves!! If I could give it negative stars, I would. We paid a great deal of money and got ripped off big time! Don't book them unless you're ready for disappointment, lost time and lost money.
