LEO at Augusta Commons

I have had a very positive experience during my several year stay at the LEO neighborhood. The leasing office staff and maintenance team have always been very responsive to any questions or issues I had during my time here. The staff plan a bunch of fun activities throughout the year and the properties are right next to a Walmart. I wanted to especially highlight my experience with Nick on my transition. He has been extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had and walking me through the transition process. Overall, I highly recommend a place at LEO if you are looking for a rental in the area.

From the moment I walked into the office Aiyanna had a smile on her face and made me feel my visit smooth. She answered all of my questions and gave me a tour on the homes I was thinking of. She was so friendly and definitely made me want to be a part of a place like LEO homes.

Nick and Bree are wonderful and caring staff. I love living here and the amenities are amazing. My daughter and I enjoy the pool in the summer and everyone is friendly. I plan to live here indefinitely. Check out this community if you are looking for a clean, safe and knowledgeable staff!!

Such a unique and awesome place. I couldn't have asked for a better transition place to rent. Complete privacy and my own garage for about the same price as an apartment. The staff are so friendly and helpful with everything. The community has events and everyone is so nice and mature. No riffraff that I noticed. If you're looking for a place to rent, you should definitely consider this over an apartment! Special thanks to Bree, Nick and Ayana (sp?) for everything.

Loved living here over the past year. The team has been very quick to respond to any service requests, usually completed within 24 hours. The pool and clubhouse area is very nice and the community is very friendly. Only leaving due to relocating to Singapore, don’t hesitate to rent here. Great location and fantastic neighbours, sad that I have to leave!
