My LensCrafters experience has been nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, Kenric took good care of me and made sure that I left a happy customer. I cannot say enough good things about him and his attention to detail. If ever in need, don’t hesitate to check out their Augusta Mall location and ask for him by name! I know I will, when I need my next pair of glasses! 😊

One of the best experiences I've ever had getting new glasses. Sydney was amazing. She made the experience personal worked hard to help me find exactly what I needed and made sure I was happy before I left with the specific at frames and lenses I wanted. I even got a second pair because the experience was so genuine. Thank you Sydney, I'll be sending people your way.

The tech who sees us first and does all the little tests had a major attitude. He wasn't personable at all and honestly shouldn't be dealing with the public! Everyone else was great! Our appt time ran almost an hour behind but once we started it was a quick and painless process

Roxy is the best of the best in eye wear! I’ve had nothing but ongoing bad experiences at every eye doctor facility that I’ve been to plus the facility that I’ve gotten glasses. She changed the ball game with her knowledge of products and services. She was able to help me get the best deal for my money every year buying brand, new glasses and frames adds up, and after a tragic hurricane, saving money is important to me I really appreciate her going above and beyond with her excellent customer service and a smile to light up the room this is an employee that goes above and beyond, who deserves all and more down to a raise I think Miss Roxy and I look forward to being served by her again ! Yours truly a satisfied customer!

I was not pleased with my new glasses and had to return them. I have been getting my glasses from Lens Crafters since 1988 and this was the 1st time I was not pleased. I returned them and got the Coach frames almost like the ones I have been wearing. They are so comfortable! I paid the difference and am now waiting for my new Coach glasses. When Lens Crafters say return if you are not satisfied, they mean it.
