Catherine came highly recommended to me by a retired attorney who had previously argued cases against her in court. This woman knows her stuff! I could not have been more pleased with the way my case was handled. If I could leave zero stars I would, As Stated by a few of the clients below she cares about nothing but the money and gets nothing done. 90% of your fees will just be calls and emails even if you barely communicate with her and the paralegal. Sent out a check for half my fees for the month of like 450 dollars. I sent 200 and the y did not receive the check instead of calling me they sent a "notice to withdraw" to my email. I called that very moment during business hours and they didnt answer. Instead they send an email as a response a few minutes later. My case has been going on for almost two years and no result. Half the time it seemed like they were working for my wife instead of me. Even when I explained the route i wanted to take to get it over with they pushed for the longer paths for obvious financial gain. Would have been better off representing myself. I will be filing a complaint with the state bar. I also will be seeing if I can legally recover some of my money. If you want a recent and accurate review HERE IT IS!!! DO NOT CHOSE HER!. Everyone has a different experience with people in life but most reviews have truth and weight to them. I honestly wish she had lived up to the standard she projects but did not. Even other attorneys I looked into did not recommend her and not for competition purposes but because of her track record with clients and the fact that she does not just focus on family law. You have been warned, select at your own risk. Harvey Birdman would make a better representative for you and he's not real.

Catherine is the most knowledgeable attorney I've ever encountered in my life and I would know because I've worked for law firms over the course of many years. So many lawyers just don't care about you or your situation and only want your money. Catherine is much less concerned about money than she is about your family. Highly recommend her on the sheer basis that she's been doing this for so long that she practically knows the outcome of your case! There's no better attorney in Augusta!
