John walked out during mediation twice, didn't come into the room before the mediation was signed, to look over the document. Canceled the prep appointment we had before the final court hearing. Never read my files before court to properly represent me. The lack of professionalism has disappointed me more than anyone has in my life, he lost every court hearing and mediation, every time I lost additional visitation and child support. I came his office for an appointment, and he never even showed up after I sat there two hours.

Awful experience with this attorney - he is incredibly unprofessional, and borderline unethical in how he handles cases. Read other reviews here, look at his social media (!!!), and stay far away if you'd like your case litigated with any semblance of professionalism and without being blasted on social media.

My attorney Dalton Cooper helped me through my divorce and was able to help me show proof that i am a loving and safe parent absolutely deserving of seeing my child on a regular basis. The process was pretty smooth and when we did have to go to bat per say he had all the documentation we needed to secure a satisfying result. I never felt rushed or like a burden when speaking with him on multiple occasions. He listens and sympathizes. He is very down to earth and not a stiff. John Hart and his staff have been top notch attorneys for decades in Aiken. I’ve used John for my family case and he has stayed on top of everything regarding my case. I know for a fact he is good as well with criminal cases. I’ve never been on the criminal side but I was a police officer for 9 years and if you did not have your ducks in a row as a police officer he would sure find the mistakes.
