Laurie McRae Estate Sales

This experience is not one I can endorse. It ranks among the most disappointing estate sale encounters I have ever had. The organization was severely lacking, resulting in excessively long wait times for checkout. Only one individual was managing the register, and they manually entered each item purchased, which led to a wait of over 45 minutes—an unprecedented delay for me at an estate sale. The staff exhibited rudeness and disorganization throughout the event. One of the older employees was seen hurriedly attempting to create tickets for customers in line. During the final hour of the sale, while she was preparing a ticket for my items, she expressed her desire for a purse I had selected, stating, "Ahhh, I wanted this." The purse was significantly damaged at the bottom, and when I requested a price reduction due to the damage, she declined my request. I cannot help but wonder if her refusal was influenced by her personal interest in the item. Overall, the customer service was abysmal, and I cannot recommend this estate sale company.

I love estate sales and Laurie McRae always does a great job when she has one! She also gets some of the best!
