My experience was unfortunate. I repeatedly told the girl who waited on me that my dress was brand new, did not need to be dry cleaned, and should only be steamed. When I received the dress, rhinestones were either loose or totally missing from the dress. When I registered this information in person and showed pictures to the clerk at the Walton Way Extension location, he basically told me that my original request for treatment of the dress had not been entered into the computer correctly, and while that was clearly the fault of the employee, he didn’t expect the company to compensate me for the inconvenience of spending many hours three days before my daughter’s wedding removing rhinestones from less noticeable places on the dress and sewing then onto the more noticeable places. Through an email, I gave management the chance to offset my negative impressions about the way my dress was returned to me, but I never heard anything from them. Needless to say, I will not go back. Nor would I recommend this business.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. First off my husband did drop some clothing off in August, him being new to the business and personal life things happening and then the hurricane he didn’t get around to picking it up and due to his work schedule. So recently we have made attempts to pick it up with employees not telling us that clothes had been donated. We are talking of Harley Davidson shirts well into $100 or more. The establishment does not have signs or any verbage of them donating your clothes after 30 days. Only signs on receipt and in business is a sign that says they follow the state regulations. Well what is the state regulation, are the customers suppose to research that. Why is it not posted?!. I called spoke with owners Tiffany Carey guess her being notified by her staff she was nasty and yelling in the phone. All I wanted to know is there proof that a courtesy call or text was placed and she states she knows they did it. I explained we received all kinds of text related to hours of the business but never a text that they were donating the items. The employees Amari and Kari stated November 31st, was the last day and the owner Tiffany stated they sent notice out for December 31st but when I made her aware of what her employees told me she said well they know I don’t I am in a office. They are rude and they don’t have any signs in there so they prolly enjoying the shirts. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Stay away..

These guys are top-notch! They have my suit ready a day earlier than they said it would be ready. The lady upfront was extremely nice! I highly recommend lapels for your dry cleaning and pressing needs.
