Beds are comfy, nice bathroom, lots of space for the family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Space for an air mattress for the kids (teenagers that didn't want to share a bed). We only had 3 towels for 5 people, and there's been no one at the front desk each time I've gone to ask for more. Breakfast is okay. Chicken was partially raw yesterday. Today we had bacon. Laundry facilities are free, but the washer is tricky. You have to hit start, then hold down the start button for 2 seconds for it to run. Pool is small but does the job. It's nicely shaded so it's warm but still refreshing. Trash cans are TINY! There are at least 3 of them in the unit. We're on our 3rd day here and housekeeping hasn't stopped by once. They have a sign on the mirror that they do linens every 3 days, but I expected they'd at least come pick up the trash, especially since the bins are so tiny. Overall, I'd stay here again (but I'd pack my own towels!)

Listen the LaQuinta Experience is Top Tier!!! From The Beautiful Angel that checked me in at 2:30 am with the pretty pineapple locks to, Mrs. Cheryl & her beautiful daughter, Crystal, Kasey, Brittany, Literally the entire staff is OUTSTANDING. It’s a vibe everyday! My granddaughter was living her best life with daily access to the pool making new friends. I stayed there for about 3 weeks and the breakfast was on point everyday!!! I can say more but it’ll would be a book! Love LaQuinta ❤️

Worst Experience Ever! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Just a few hours after checking in, I found a bug on the bed and a roach hiding between the fire sprinklers. Naturally, I complained to the front desk and emailed photos to the provided address. In response, I was given a new room. However, I was shocked when I received a reply from the front desk claiming that they didn’t find any bugs or roaches—despite the fact that I had already flushed the bed bug down the toilet. What was even more troubling was the complete lack of an apology for the situation. The AGM, Crystal, responded saying no bugs or roaches were found, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. This was a truly awful experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of proper customer service and the disregard for cleanliness is unacceptable.

Terrible hotel charged me 800 dollars for 3 nights when my bill said 300 and then proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do and the the money would be returned in a week. I had to freeze my card to try and stop the charges and they all seem lost on whats going on. Luckily my bank is able to do something. Was told the manager Crystal would call me and she completely forget this after having the desk talk to her multiple times I called the day after I checked out and she is very unprofessional and couldn't help me at all with the issue or even be apologetic for the situation.

We stayed for 4 nights and room was not cleaned until we asked house keeper in hallway the afternoon before we left. We asked to have room cleaned at the front desk twice with no action. On our second request the young man at the desk said he thought they only cleaned at checkout. Asked to speak to manager and there was none to be found. Asked manager to call us and they never did. All staff we encountered, except young man at desk were friendly and seemed to be trying but obviously under staffed and/or bad management.
