There was no employees to help you in the store area at all. After spending time clicking all my coupons before I went to the store. Well, good thing I checked my receipt before I left the store, because not one weekly coupon worked. The lady at customer service seemed annoyed. I had to prove that they wete all clipped too! Really?!?! You have to check your bill every time, because their pricing comes up wrong a lot!!! They had to credit and redo the whole order. The store was warm and I was told they have had issues all week with the air. At a food store?? I will not be coming back to this store. I will be going to the other food stores in the area, but not this one.

Isles are passable but other than that I would go to any other Kroger even if I have to drive 20 minutes or more. Fresh fruit is not fresh at all. They do have a machine to update your license and registration!

The cart collector and inside aisle employee Joesph is one of the nicest employees I have seen in quite a while. I expressed it to him when he was collecting cart. Just wanted to give him a shout out!

The guy at the fish section not only was gone without notice for a while, in fact people before me walked away. But when I asked for ONE PORTION of Sockeye Salmon, he proceeded to go ahead and try to pack the whole fillet. I said once again that I only want 1 portion, and he said he could not do that????? So what is the point of a fresh fish section if you can’t get one portion or 1/3 of a whole fillet of salmon? We are not talking about dividing one shrimp in half, but a whole fillet. I also understand that working at the fish section might suck, but at least listen and be polite to customers. You could have immediately said that you cannot cut the fish because of ABC reason instead of showing that you don’t even care to put the minimum effort. Proactivity and willingness to learn and communicate is what gets you ahead, not being careless. Good luck selling the whole fillet at once when other Korgers cut it.

I am usually very impressed with this Kroger because it has a great selection of decent wine, vegan foods, international foods, kosher foods and other specialty items that are harder to find in the south. I normally really like their robust floral department too and have more than once gone to this Kroger the night before a holiday and bought flowers for an arrangement. Last time I went with flowers in mind I was VERY disappointed with the selection. I needed a small bouquet of yellow roses, could have been smaller or larger flowers. The problem was that many of the flowers they had for sale were dead! And it looked like no one had tended to the floral department in days. Come on, National Hills Kroger, do better. I expect more from you than this!
