UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! WHAT THE ENTIRE HELL IS THIS? SO YOU CALLED YOURSELF FILLING A DOUGHNUT???? WHERE IS THE FILLING. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND NEITHER WILL ANYONE ELSE BY THE TIME I FINISH WITH YOU. I HAD TO RETURN THEM AND GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. WE ARE GOOD AND DONE!!!! THEY SAID THEY ARE FILLED AT THE PEACH ORCHARD ROAD LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT...I GUESS THIS IS SOMETHING NEW. I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN MY ORDERS "FILLED TO ORDER". NOPE NOPE AND NOPE!!!! I SLICED THEM OPEN TO FIND ABSOLUTELY NO FILLING!!!!! GO RIP SOMEONE ELSE OFF!!!! IT WILL NOT BE ME. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA BUSINESS AND LICENSING DIVISION AND THE BBB FOR FRAUD. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! I CALLED THE PEACH ORCHARD LOCATION AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AFTER TELLING ME SHE COULD NOT CONFIRM WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS HER STORE THAT MADE THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT THERE IN THE MORNING. SO STEAL $14 FROM ME????? DATE AND TIME OF RETURN 06/11/25 AT 5:20PM. AGAIN, THE SUPERVISOR THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND REFUSED TO ACCOMODATE AT THE PEACH ORCHARD ROAD LOCATION ALSO HUNG UP IN MY FACE....I CALLED THE PEACH ORCHARD LOCATION AROUND 5:45/50 PM ON THE SAME DAY. WHATEVER SUPERVISER WAS ON DUTY AT THAT TIME DID NOT CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? THIS IS WHAT YOU GET OUT HERE....RUDENESS AFTER YOU STOLE MY MONEY.

So I tried to give this place another chance this morning after several instances of them being rude. I walked in and started to order I was then asked how many donuts…I don’t know I’m looking for what I want, so I say I’m not sure. They say is that all? I say no, then the guy walks off. The lady Ludmila then asked is that all you wanted I said no, she said- how many donuts do you want so I just picked the 2 donuts right in front of me because they kept rushing me and Ludmila was very rude and very poor customer service. This place is also expensive.

This place never disappoints Excellent old fashioned doughnuts just like they were in the 70’s.

We sat at the speaker for a minute nobody said anything so we figured it wasn't working so we drove up to the window. The lady at the window was extremely rude!.. We were still polite and went about our day. She said she shouldn't even serve us for bypassing the speaker.. and used foul language with us. They were not busy at all with customers. I get people have bad days but seriously don't work in customer service if you cant act like an adult. I will be reaching out to cooperate. Other customers seem to be having similar issues as well at this location.

The customer service from one older lady there was very horrible. The other two employees were being talked to by her like they were incompetent. Also, the donuts were very dry. Seemed like they have been made days before. Also, I asked if they have plain donuts and she insisted that they only have green ones and they will only have green ones. I feel like they should have another choice for people that don’t eat green donuts. I don’t like dye on my donuts or food coloring. Also, her attitude was horrible. She was talking on the phone while I was ordering. Another lady walked in and she started taking her order right away as if I wasn’t even standing there. I feel like I’ve been to other Krispy Kreme‘s with way better customer service. This is the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever visited and I will never visit it again!
