Kidz Biz Child Care

If I could give 0, I would. My grandson was here and the owner seemed to care more about relationships of employees with the daycare than the children. Customer service and friendliness greeting parents or their children is poor. The staff for one year olds is wonderful. The 2-3 year old staff are young and lack passion for treatment of the children. They seem to care about paychecks.

Director does not know how to speak to people with respect , overly aggressive. Lost track of a child for over 20 minutes. Then threatened to call authorities for a child that wasn’t in the facility that she lost track of. 10 out 10 would never recommend KidzBiz on Windsor Spring. However, Kidz Biz off Deans Bridge is a better choice.

Let’s first start my 1 year old nephew was going to this daycare PERFECTLY fine for some time ! He’s been out for a week , goes back PERFECTLY fine .. All of a sudden he starts acting out falling out , crying , looking crazy when we pull in the Parkin lot and just completely showing diff behaviors. Notice this but thought he was just getting back in the groove of going back to daycare , fast forward….. yesterday 2/2/23 we pick him up he has a write up and was told he was put in time out for 5-7min( last I checked you are only supposed to put a child in timeout forlength of their age) for biting… he only bite to defend himself because us as parents teach him to defend himself in anyway possible. My sister reach out to the BOTH owners to see why she was told one thing and my brother told another NEITHER answered . So my sister goes in this morning requesting cameras to see what’s going on in the classroom.. the owner becomes VERY upset and tell my sister she’s not showing her the cameras . If you guys have kids that go here REMOVE them something is going out that she do NOT want to show

I love everyone here we moved here right in the middle of covid and my kids love it here. They do so much for the kids and families. They have a trunk or treat a big feast for thanks giving and field trips in the summer jut to name a few. I am have twin grand babies on the way I trust them to love on my little loves

There is a male teacher there that likes to tell the kids to shut up. They don’t keep up with there Incident reports. The manager and or supervisor there when I was discussing things about my kids she just walked off. This place has gone to hell. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take they child unless you are happy with them being miss treated.
