Called the dispatch sounded like he was half asleep said technician would call. Technician called said he would be arriving in 30 to 35 minutes maybe 10 waited for 1hour15 minutes so I called back and they had the tech call me back I asked where he was coming from he said he got tied up with another customer that it would be another 30 min and he was going to call and see if there was another tech closer. He never called back and I guess the owner called and said that the driver told him I couldn’t wait that he was to far away and said I couldn’t wait or find somebody else then said a tech would be here in 4 min so I said I would wait and 3hours later no tech showed up no one ever called I wouldn’t recon them to my worst enemy very rude and unprofessional.

Plain key is slightly over priced cool I can live with that but then for an extra 2.99 they will sand the edges of the key to get all the loose burs of metal off from it being cut. Wich is complete b.s anywhere you go to get a key made that's an automatic thing as if you don't do it them same burs can get stuck in your lock and mess things up but you wanna charge an extra fee for it. I called around and yes for 1 plain key you charge the most also ontop of that you want to charge that 2.99 for sanding wich everyone else includes............ absolutely disgusting. Only nice thing I did see about this is the fact that they do give you the options to save you key on there system so if you loose key you can get a new one without having a key present. Can't wait to see how much extra that will cost I'm sure there will be a look up fee or somthing since they clearly charge you for anything they can

I wasn't sure if the keys was going to work but wow I will get more in the future
