horrible experience. I called for service and the tech said he’d be at my location within “20 minutes tops”. I said that I was on Ft. Eisenhower and that the tech would need to go through gate 6 to get a visitor pass. they tech goes “yeah okay i’ll be there in 20 minutes”. 40 minutes go by and I haven’t heard a thing from them so I call back. the person who answered said they’d reach out to the tech to give me and update. 10 minutes later he calls me back and says he’ll be there in 8 minutes. I communicated again that he’d need to go through gate 6 to get a pass and then he’d be able to get on base. 30 more minutes go by and I call back again. this time I get put on hold for 5 minutes and the guy comes back on the line and says that the tech can’t get on base through gate 1 so he cancelled service and no one informed me. horrible experience. horrible service.

Very fast response. Technician was at my house in like 20 mns. He was very friendly and was able to unlock the door without a problem. Reasonably priced considering I called late.

Price is outrageous. 160 to unlock my car which is crazy to begin with and even after the person was 2 hours late to my appointment. Definitely choose somewhere else.

Hello. I used your self service key maker in Kroger's grocery store today, for the first time. I followed your easy to read instructions on the screen. However your easy to read instructions failed me when it was time to insert my key. Luckily, a Kroger's employee was standing there and I asked for his help. Afterwards I was able to complete this phase. My key was copied. It's important to note here what stymied me. Your mechanism for inserting the key needs attention. Either you physical modify it on every machine or modify your instructions. I would imagine that the latter would be the most cost effective for you. Before ending my transaction, the screen gave me an option to have a 2nd key cut, at 50% off! I took the deal and really appreciated it. Both keys were cut beautifully and both worked!! Thank you.

Was a fantastic experience. I had a key that was apparently very hard to find in stock at most key places. I had given up hope of getting copies of my key. I happened to see the KeyMe kiosk and decided to give it one last shot. Although they did not have the key within the kiosk, they were able to still scan the key and it was made elsewhere and shipped to me within a week. I am so happy I tried KeyMe. The keys I received from them worked flawlessly. I will definitely be going to them for any of my future keys that need to be copied. What a wonderful business! Thank you KeyMe.
