Kendrick Paint & Body - Reynolds Street

Picked up my car after body work was completed. Crunk it up and the coolant indicator went off. Popped the hood and the coolant tank was bone dry. They refused to fix the issue because it wasn’t “accident related”. I put coolant in the car to get it home. Upon closer inspection of the area, the coolant overflow tube was broken off at the radiator and the coolant tank. This was not an issue when I dropped the car off. I know the front bumper was replaced. The overflow tube was broken during disassembly at this shop. I have not been able to drive my car since 3 February, and I still can’t drive it. I only give them one star because the body looks great. They just destroy other components and refuse to fix them. Update: now that I’ve installed new components, I can’t extremely speculate that they knew the overflow tube was broken and they tried to conceal it.

They did the work as contracted by insurance but left the car out in the middle of a construction zone. It was caked in dust and mud which probably got inside when the left the door open since the car seat now grinds on the rails when ever it's adjusted . Not going back and changed a second insurance claim to Cushman.

Danielle has the best customer service and is ready to help as soon as she picks up the phone. Daniel is Amazing at his job and went above and beyond. He was so informative and walked me through the process. Each time I called he picked up the phone and answered the phone. He even came out and helped me unload my car and he could see that I loved and took care of "my little lady" so it was hard to let her go. Mike Donham is another person that helped me initially and was very kind and understanding of my needs and knew that I was disheveled because it wasn't my fault. The Entire group is GREAT!. I'd refer anyone to Kendrick Paint and Body if they were unfortunate to experience an accident. Kudos to the Entire Team!

Kendricks has exceptional customer service. I was given updates twice a week & the repairs were completed earlier than expected. They also took time to explain every document prior to me signing to clear up any confusion before hand. My truck was handed back to me looking better than when I bought it. I would recommend Kendrick to anyone in need of body repairs!

I brought my car in for rear end damage repair. They did work on my car before getting approval from my insurance company. I was forced to either pay out of pocket, or submit a new insurance claim. I should not have been put in the position. The staff was friendly and professional. I received text messages every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. The work was quality. I am happy with the repairs, but very disappointed on how it was handled.
