Amazing customer service! I rented out my property for a year and when we moved back in, we had a bit of a bug problem. I called Jury Pest Control and they scheduled an appointment in a timely manner and I seen instant results! I’ve been a customer now for 2 years and I have no complaints. They’re always easy to work with and very accommodating. Today Paul was amazingly helpful and very friendly! Easily 5 stars, highly recommend.

Using Jury's since 2021, always professional, courteous, on time, thorough, and ready to address any issues. The two associates I've dealt with the most, Robin and Justin, are awesome and ready to help. If I could give 6 stars I would.

After a misunderstanding a few weeks ago regarding my termite prevention services, Paul met with me to discuss what had occurred. I'm glad to report that we both understand better what transpired and our business/customer relationship has been restored. I thank him for his time and for clearly explaining their services/products. He personally(along with Joel) came to my home today and performed the services I wanted.
