Mike designed and built a substantial addition to our small home, which is so seamless that it looks like it was part of the original house. The work was completed timely and on budget, with the exception of our own splurges on fixtures, well worth it by the way. There was a tricky part involving the entry to the new rooms. Mike came up with a vestibule solution which is charming and creative. Highly recommended.

After talking to Mike and Annette we were immediately impressed with their knowledge and experience. From the beginning we knew we were in great hands. He helped change and finalize our house plans to better suit our needs. The building process was very well organized and communication was excellent. Old school values you don't find anymore. Mike built us our dream home and an amazing barn. The attention to detail from Mike and his staff was impressive. We have enjoyed the full process of seeing our dream become reality. Mike was very easy to work and communicate with, using text, email, or phone. He provided an upfront estimate and there were no unexpected costs. His sub contractors were competent and when they showed up, they were ready to work. There was not a lot of wasted effort/time from the various teams. When an issue was brought to his attention, Mike jumped right on it and took care of it. The people he hired for the countertops, cabinets, flooring, etc. did an exceptional job. The kitchen, bathrooms, and the laundry room turned out beautiful. Mike answered any question and returned any text or phone call quickly. I also worked with Annette on some of the interior design and she was magnificent to work with. A true joy! I highly recommend Mike without any reservations.

Great experience hiring Mike for our "barn apartment" project. Really enjoyed collaborative discussion of ideas and workarounds. Budget was very fair and came in right on plan.
