International Uniform

Everytime I have gone into the store Mrs. Diane is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and super helpful. She is so pleasant and has the sweetest demeanor. Its definitely worth going for any medical supply/uniform needs you have.

I ordered a uniform from this company in a lilac color because they didn’t have it in the store. I received the order but it was too big. I went to the store to return it or see if they had a smaller size but they didn’t. I was told I had to talk with management to return it because the clerk couldn’t approve it. I called back on today 4/4/23 about returning it & getting a refund. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was a final sale. Also that if they don’t have the color in store & have to order it the sale is final. It is not listed on the receipt as a final sale and I wasn’t told this information when I placed the order. On the receipt it clearly states they will gladly refund or exchange new unused merchandise within 30 days with original receipt. So now I’m stuck with a uniform that is too big.

Staff is awesome! Very helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was today. Selection is great, organized perfectly, lots to choose from, easy to find. I found my new place for work wear! I recommend this place for anyone in the healthcare, or culinary field.. or if you just want super comfortable clothes n shoes. Thanks!!!!

International Uniform is a great place to shop. When I went there to buy some scrubs, I had like 4 different employees ask if I needed help. I ended up having 2 employees assist me (the other two had other customers that needed their assistance). I tried on an entire scrub outfit in the requested color (Eggplant), and I had multiple compliments from the employees saying I looked so cute. :) Man, I love the employees!! I ordered some great pants, but I had to return them because my school requested different ones urgh. However, they allowed me to return it and helped me pick out some shoes. They offered to hold some and order another one in a difference size so I could compare the two. Now, that is what I call great customer service!! They are so sweet, helpful, polite, and BEAUTIFUL!!!! I definitely recommend this store to anyone needing scrubs.

The place is nice, wish that the associates welcomed the customers as they come in as well as ask the customers if they need any help or looking for something specific. I also hoped they had the snap button down short sleeve shirts instead of pullover shirts. The short sleeve snap button down uniforms are more comfortable to me than the pullover shirts. Other than that the place is nice and open and uniforms galore.
