House's are very big for the price. The builder in there has some of the best subcontractors in the C.S.R.A. The developer skimped on the roads though. He should have spent more money or hired a better paver because the roads are some of the worst in Columbia County.

For what is worth please pay close attention to this review before you commit to buying or renting property in Indian Springs Trail, Grovetown GA. First and foremost, a lot of realtors in the CSRA prefer not to show many homes here; due to bad experiences with the home builder. The Property Owners Association (Homeowners Association), for one thing, is very corrupted and the board is managed by some pretty dirty people. If you don’t mind losing money or getting practically scammed throughout the year—then this could be the right place for you. The clubhouse is also another way of making money for those who decide to rent it for social events. For example, regardless of leaving the clubhouse super clean and taking pictures/videos as proof; they will keep your cleaning fee deposit and wait a few months to deposit the check. They tend to deposit the separate check for the reservation fee the same week of reservation; but hold on to the cleaning fee deposit check for later in the hopes that you don’t catch it on your banks statement. The clubhouse is nice, but managed by some pretty evil people who have no integrity whatsoever. Other ways of making money from you per other residents who live here, is by fining you for things that are out of your control (leaves on your front yard after a windy day) or not cutting your grass when it has been raining all week. Furthermore, although the homes in Indian Springs Trail may seem nice or sound affordable, it is in the middle of nowhere and a good drive from restaurants, shopping stores and even groceries stores. It’s a good 15 to 20min from just about everything. The traffic to/from base is also getting worst by the month. Instead of taking people 10-15 min to get to work on base, it takes 30-45 minutes on average; so moving here because it’s only a few miles from base “DOES NOT” equate to a 10min drive. Last but not least, Grovetown does not exactly have the best school systems; so if you can afford living in Evans or ev...

Indian Springs is the oldest national park in the nation. If you're a Nature lover, history geek, or sight seeing adventurer, this is the place for you. Indian Springs is absolutely gorgeous (perfect place for pictures). It has museums for the history of the park, nature trails for hikers, putt putt and picnic tables, a huge walk through trail of all continents, a boutique, antique shops, and an old fashion ice cream store. If you ever come through Jackson, GA, or a surrounding area, it is a must to stop by here.

Quiet residence but we had issues with the renting company and the place was very frail. In a sense things fell apart easily.

Houses seem to be built very cheaply
