We really enjoyed working with David and Rafael to design our home addition and highly recommend them! They created very detailed plans that we and the builder appreciate very much; the plans are done above code with thought put into them to make sure the build is not just done at the bare minimum standard. They were always very responsive and accessible and worked hard to get our plans done on time. Our project is moving along at a good pace because of them and the builder can follow the plans with ease and has less questions for us because they are so detailed. We had many changes along the way and could email or talk with them directly, which is not always the case with other architects, and they worked with us to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it from lighting to cabinets to wall thickness. Their pricing is very reasonable as well and we feel that we got our money's worth. We would definitely work with them again! Thanks guys!
