Medium cooked Sirloin tips, sunny side up eggs, hash brown (vegan), and buttermilk pancakes (vegan/gluten free) 10/10

Best experience my family and I had eating out at a restaurant in a while. We had our toddler with us and there was a very nice atmosphere, accommodating and attentive server (Maleki or Malachi), the chef made the food delicious and nothing needed sauce and none of it was dry everything was flavorful. Those stake tips were seasoned and tender! 10/10 highly recommend. Mind you we did go at 330am.

I'm a big fan of IHOP and look forward to having the Chicken Fajita omelet. This store is beautifully decorated, they just need more help. I've visited a couple of times now, and they always seem understaffed. They need about 5 more Nicole's, because she the only one making things happen and was wearing several hats when that morning church crowd arrived. Shaquoyah was great. The hostess was obviously tired and needed a break. Customers before I arrived had that look in their eyes like they have been waiting for a while. Some people who were waiting walked out. Our food took 38 minutes to get to the table from the time when we sat. My omelet was great, blue berry pancakes had a strange aftertaste, and Josie's eggs over medium were wrong twice. Really hope this store can pull it together. They are a great brand and did I say, I love the Chicken Fajita Omelet!

(6/28/2025)One of the workers went off on a customer over a cheessteak order. A group of people along with my mother, son and I stood there waiting to be seated. A worker came out and told us to find our own sits because they were understaffed. People that had been seated end up leaving because people that came in after them were served. It was a hot ghetto mess! The group and the individuals i was with left as well. Horrible customer service and management!!!

We waited a long time for our food. They seemed short of staff. The food was very good and the waitress was sweet. She was running her legs off to give the best service possible.
