H&R Block

Extremely smooth and seamless process to submit my taxes this year. They were completed in less than 2 days, and I was asked questions I never knew were deductions previously. Great experience overall!

Mary Shuster has done our taxes for the last couple of years and went above and beyond to check and see if we wanted her to remain our H&R Block specific agent and I liked that because we definitely wanted someone who had history with us. She literally saved us money and got us a higher return by catching my attention with a particular option that I was very happy to take advantage of. Excellent experience as usual. Very happy!!!

Usually use this place because in past tax preparers were friendly&their courtesy.This year,not so much. Very rude time wasters that has no clients yet made you sit and wait for 4.5 hours. I've never seen ppl that didn't want to to their jobs.Ican add names of the individuals and their boss can pull up camera feed and see them chatting among themselves and on cell phones instead of assisting. Rude very rude. Never seen this before

John Gurzi does an exceptional job of working for our refund. He guides us on the amount to have taken out for the following year. He is ALWAYS willing to answer questions and help us reduce the amount we owe.

Have used H&R Block for the last 3 years. Prior only ever did taxes ourself, they make it easy and get us the best tax breaks.
