My daughter decided to give this salon a try after looking it up on Instagram because a few of her friends recommended it. Her stylist was Chandler and she was very easy to talk to and attentive. The salon was clean and stylish. Overall a terrific experience and I'm sure my daughter will be booking again in the near future 😁

The salon is absolutely adorable, and as if that isn't enough- the quality of service you receive outshines any other Augusta salon. Alexis has been doing my hair for years- she always listens to what I want- but always suggests what she thinks is best for my overall look. She is always upfront and reasonable with her pricing. I always leave her seat absolutely in love with the way I look.

Kristen and her assistant Mackenzie are absolutely wonderful! When you say you want Elsa hair and no yellow tones, that is exactly what you get! They were both very friendly and her Salon is super trendy and modern. Its a very relaxed atmosphere & worth every dollar! Highly recommend!

Have not been a customer at this salon in years, never of Kristen’s but made the mistake of purchasing from Kristen’s boutique (instagram and in her salon). I saw a sweater posted on her instagram and messaged her with intent to buy the sweater. I asked her if I could come in the next day to see it, try it on and then buy it. She told me no— that many other girls were interested in the sweater and that she would not hold it without payment. So I sent her money for the sweater. I went to pick it up the next day and no one was at the counter for me to pick it up. I rang their bell numerous times and waited on someone for several minutes. Finally, while waiting, I saw the same sweater on the rack in another size. I touched it on the rack and felt that it was an itchy sweater material. I immediately knew I would not be able to comfortably wear the sweater to the function I had planned on wearing it to. I waited longer to let the receptionist know that I actually couldn’t wear it and no longer wanted to purchase it. Still no one came so I left. Immediately I messaged salon + boutique owner Kristen, letting her know I came to pick up the sweater, waited a while without being acknowledged and then that I unfortunately, as cute as the sweater was, could not comfortably wear it due to the nature of the fabric. Instead of her apologizing for my inconvenience and time waisted waiting in her salon, she stated “was my receptionist not there?!” I told her no and a while later she responded she’d only give me store credit. Mind you— the item had not even left her salon/boutique. I had not even tried it on my body. Just felt the same on and the rack and explained the situation. This was my very first time shopping with Ktroxx Boutique. I immediately messaged further explaining why I did not want store credit but kindly asked for my money returned. She read my message and did not respond. I sent her another message later the next morning. Then I waited through the Easter holida...

I've been having my hair done by Kristen for at least 5 years! She holds her clients best interests at heart, is very honest and one of the most hardworking women I've ever met! She is always on top of what's trending and is super professional!
