Fantastic hospitality! Clean, peaceful, overnight stay during a road trip from central TX to Charleston. Eric helped us book our room and went above and beyond in assisting us throughout the process, ensuring all our needs were met. It’s rare you come across someone who takes such pride in their work, taking on each task/responsibility with enthusiasm and integrity.

I was here for three days on business. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a full-sized fridge to put leftovers in. Staff was on-site up front whenever I came by either very late at night or early in the morning.

Great hotel. Very convenient location close to lots of shopping opportunities. Staff was super friendly and made sure to check on us after check in to see that we were happy with our room. Plenty of areas to walk a pet if you are traveling with four legged friends. Breakfast was hot and had a good selection of items. We will stay here again while traveling.

I love this hotel! It has frendly staff! The pool was nice and clean! The beds were the BEST! And last but not least I had some great breakfast morning! although it is really nice hotel to stay in! Glad it wasnt the other ones!

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. The hotel lobby was nice and looked modern but the room seemed dated. The bathroom had mold and the wallpaper was starting to buckle and bubble in spots. The AC in the living room worked but not the unit in the bedroom. The first night we had to just endure since we got in late and had a small child we needed to get to bed. The next morning when the guy came to look at it he said we needed a whole new unit. That gentleman was very nice and helpful. He was very quick to get the new unit installed for us. He also sanded down a spot in the bathroom where my husband cut his finger trying to hang up a towel. There is also NO WIFI. They have hot spots on all but the 4th floor, which we were on. The lady at checkout was extremely rude about it when we brought it up. She said it's been down for a long time and it's on the website. I checked...and it's not as of 5/10/25. There's also construction noise from the pool area starting at 8am so be aware if you're coming in late and hoping to get some sleep the next morning. Overall, not a great experience. We were expecting a lot more with all of the great reviews this place had.
