I have to give five stars for the management here. This guy is top notch. I normally am greeted when I come in the door but when this guy is working I get him five stars. He has a great personality, you can tell he’s warm and caring and knowledgeable and cares about his store. I don’t know how often raises are given but to keep people like this around in the world that we live in I hope that you guys are taking care of him on the corporate spectrum. I forget his name and I feel so bad but he is great in my family‘s eyes. He is the epitome of warmth, five star customer service and kindness. I can buy this brand of dog food online easily and never have to walk into a store but he keeps me coming back. So thank you. I hope that someone who is upper management than himself sees this and takes mental note that when you have a great thing you need to keep it & take the appropriate measurements to do just that.

It was by chance we saw this place because we saw a man passing by with his and he had a bag with a dog picture on it and first thought was there's a dog store here?!?!!!! My first experience was the best!!! Love all the natural one ingredient products they have for dogs and cats. Claire and her manager were so sweet and helpful. They explained everything to us about the store. Claire was a delight and was so patient with us and helped us get stuff for my dogs, especially my diabetic dog. Definitely will come back just cause of the amazing service and products. Also, they work with my rescue work with Stinkykiss Rescue.

This is by far my favorite pet store. The staff is always friendly and helpful and ready to answer any question you may have. Their products are well made and reasonably priced. As an extra bonus they support local rescues and frequently hold adoption/meet and greet events for them. Rescues are usually sent home with a buggy full of donations they've collected. Highly recommend you check them out

This pet store is still fabulous! One of the very best in Augusta. The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. If you need help finding anything, they are right there. If you can't read the small print on the labels, they will do that too! If you pet can't have a certain ingredient they will go out of their way to help you fine something they can eat. Hands down my favorite place for dog food, crates, leashes, harness. They will help you fit your pet for correct size. Lots of pet beds, shampoos, treats, you name it, they most likely have it. They are located next to Sprouts on Walton Way Ext. You won't be disappointed.

I love stopping in to visit and pick up all of my niche and quality pet items. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and the store is ALWAYS clean and organized. Travis, the store manager, is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to pet care. He is always so warm and approachable. If he doesn’t know the answer, Travis will find out for you because he is dedicated to giving you the best customer service possible and because he will be curious as well. You will never get a pitiful “I don’t know” for an answer followed by seeing someone’s back as they are walking away that has unfortunately become too common at most places. Not from him or any of his employees. They are all true animal lovers which comes across in the work that they do. This is my go to store for everything that I need for my pups and at a reasonable price.
