Service and work is fine, however over the course of two weeks I made approximately 20 phone calls trying to get in touch with them. Not even ONE time did they answer the phone when I called, and I have still not received a call back.

I went in for some help about tuning up my Stihl trimmer. Since my husband is out of the country, I need to figure out how to do it myself. The gentleman helped me it showed me exactly what I needed to purchase and how to do it. He was the most helpful gentleman. And it was wonderful that he didn’t try to suck me into spending a bunch of needless money on something I really didn’t need. I followed his instructions in about 10 minutes. My trimmer was fired up and ready to go like brand new.

Wonderful to deal with! Dan was terrific to work with and delivered beyond our expectations. We had a 20 yo RTV900 break and needed a new one asap. After communicating from Florida to Dan, he marked the new machine sold and waited for us to travel to SC. He informed his sales team it was sold and it was waiting for us upon arrival. The communication was excellent and the transaction was seamless. Just wished we were closer so they could maintain it for us! Highly recommend.

Dropped an 029 off there and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could look at it. I got a call after 5 weeks saying that the chainsaw was unrepairable but that they would gladly dispose of it. With no explanation to the saw or the 30 seconds of"work" done on it, they ATTEMPTED to charge $45. Told me they would charge $350 to fix it

The owner of this business was very helpful and responsive to me when inquiring on Facebook. Upon entering the store, all of the sales associates where Eager to help me, and also gave me direction on one type of hitch, I Needed for the type of trailer I was buying. There was an excellent price with above satisfactory customer service. I highly recommend this business if you are in the market for a trailer, tractor or other supply.
