Holiday Inn Express Augusta North - GA by IHG

Great stay while celebrating a family members milestone birthday and also a graduation. Great indoor pool area, our room was nice and clean. Great nights rest in comfortable beds. Oh, and breakfast was good too. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great customer service. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was amazing, staff was great and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. The gentleman Darryl that did the breakfast was overly friendly and really helped me get my kids situated with their breakfast. The sitting area was immaculate. Will absolutely come again and again.

Very close to the interstate, which is great. Floor wasn’t vacuumed well. Pill wrappers on the floor by the bed. There is some sort of light strip under the microwave and on top of the closet that there’s no switch for (in the room I stayed in). It lit up the room. How can a person sleep? So I unplugged them. Other than that, it was nice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. And I mistakenly booked a room in the opposite direction I was going and when I called customer service, they transferred the reservation for me. I was so grateful.

The hotel is very clean, I did have one problem with a room but Cynthia O. She was fantastic immediately took care of the issue and moved us to a new room. She also waited for us when I called to let her know we were two hours behind. She also was there in the morning, and followed up to make sure we had a great night. Cynthia is truly a gem.

Chelsey & Terrie were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating, and greeted my daughters and I with a warm smile every time we entered and left the hotel. Thank you ladies! The hotel was very clean and our stay as a whole was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff.
