Hillcrest Memorial Park

The staff at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery went above and beyond their duties. My spouses viewing and gravesite service were very beautifully done. Any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction and understanding. My contact person was Tiffany Johnson . She helped me choose a lovely site, beneath a tree...my spouse and I liked sitting outside, beneath the trees in the early morning and late afternoon . He will rest beneath his shade tree for eternity. Tiffany made this horrible time in my life as bearable as anyone possibly could. I would definitely recommend Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery for a loved one's eternal resting place. Sincerely, Cindy Landers

1 star because a little girls body just disappeared even tho she was wearing clothes, shoes, socks, yet nothing can be found, bot even her casket?? Whats going on here??????? Missing bodies? Missing kids????? Ill be up here monday to speak directly to who is in charge.

My loved one’s marker took much longer to arrive than promised. We were told we'd be notified when the marker arrived but were not. We noticed the marker had been placed just from visiting her resting place like we normally would. To our surprise, the marker was not the color we ordered. We notified the company and was assured that they would order a new marker in the correct color and the marker that’s the incorrect color would stay in place at her resting place until the correct marker arrived. We asked to be notified when the order was placed for the new marker. This week, we noticed that the marker had been picked up by their staff, and now there's a block of granite sitting at my loved one’s resting place with no marker. We were told specifically that they would not do this. They haven’t notified us letting us know that they’ve ordered a mew marker like they said they would. We are deeply hurt by their deceptive actions and can’t recommend this company to anyone.

I was out to see my Grand parents graves and it needed some attention and Michael and Wesley came and took care of my grand parents marker. They were great and very polite and helpful! I appreciate they're assistance with taking care of my grand parents markers.👍👍

Antonio and Wesley was so kind, and willing to bring the Gator over to update my dad’s arrangement at the Mausoleum, but I had my grabber since I’m the tallest at 5’5”. They even gave all of us hugs because we were upset. My father died 1/17/2024 at 4:04pm. 🙏❤️
