I very much enjoyed my experience here. I attended this program for about 3 months. In my time here I have learned a lot about myself and life in general. The staff is very caring and dedicated to helping the patients here. I am so happy that I went through this program, even though it was hard at times. I am so excited to go on and live my life that 3 months ago I didn't think I would have.

This center quite literally saved my life. Before going to High Focus, I felt like I couldn’t be honest about the deepest parts of things that were going on in my mind or things I had experiences. High Focus helped me realize honest communication is so important when it comes to mental health and relationships. Because of them, i’ve been able to open up to my family and friends more, use healthy coping mechanisms that they taught me, and just breathe day to day. I’m very grateful for finding this service.
