Lisa always does an amazing job with my SNS/dip powder nails! The facility is clean and well taken care of, and I am taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend her and her team!

If A short, fast, basic pedicure is what you’re looking for this is the place for you. I do NOT like this and am very sad to a much better pedicure. I was not happy with my visit and will not visit this location again. They do speak and understand English very well but speak in Vietnamese to avoid talking to you. They don’t have a problem talking about customer, they didn’t know I understood them. Very unsatisfied.

TERRIBLE service! Went in to get a manicure with gel polish. Went with my mom and grandma - their nails were done 45 minutes before mine. I sat there soaking my nails in water for 50 minutes while 4 customers that came in about 30 minutes after me got their nails done first. While I was staring at the wall, soaking my nails for almost an hour, one of the other employees decided it was a good time to get comfy in a pedicure chair, eat a snack and play on her iPad instead of doing my nails. I complained to the owner and all she did was argue with me. Apparently she hired a bunch of employees that are only capable of removing nail polish. I will never go there again! I get my nails done on a monthly basis and I have never had such a bad experience! Be prepare to be ignored, and wait about 2 hours to get a simple manicure if you go there! Thank goodness I didn't get a pedicure too - I would've been there for 5 hours while they ran around and helped everyone that came in after me!

I noticed during yoga class that my toes could use some attention so stopped into Helen Nails because of its convenient location to Dancing Dog Yoga. I walked-in on a Saturday morning and didn't need to wait at all. The place seemed clean and staff was friendly and attentive. It seems like a family-run business and, although they don't speak much English, understood exactly what I needed when I asked for extra attention to specific calluses and such. I got the "deluxe" pedicure that cost $25 and the nice middle-aged man who took care of me spent a good amount of time applying the various exfoliants and moisturizers. It's definitely not an upscale spa facility but a good value and still feels indulgent. I would recommend it and plan to go back myself.

Paid for a $45 “spa pedicure”. She told me it was a 45 minute pedicure. It took her 28 minutes. The water was cold. She massaged for MAYBE 2 minutes. Cheap scrub, cheap salt, and she cut my toe. I was looking for a new place for my nails and pedis. This isn’t it. Don’t bother.
