Hefner Pools

The installed our pool liner 2 years ago and now it is peeling up and leaking. The pool has been leaking consistently for weeks and instead of identifying the issue, they come by unannounced and fill up the pool multiple times a week. They said they will charge us per hour to “patch it” when it should be under warranty. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone here. When you do talk to them, they have no idea what is going on with your account or property. The technicians go to the wrong property often and no show for their visits. They never call you to update you on their arrival or what they did during the visit. The lack of communication is ridiculous. You have to call and hope someone answers to *maybe* get an update, or to be told that their technicians haven’t updated them yet (after 4 pm). 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great, locally owned company. They delivered and installed our Leisure pool. We go there for our chemicals and the free water testing. Great group of guys, Brad, Mike and Rob will get you taken care of.

We love our pool! Hefner pools did such a great job with the design and construction of our pool. We wanted something a little bit different from the norm and they were happy and excited to figure out how we could achieve it. We are so thankful for the result! 10/10, great company, great with communication the whole time. Highly recommend!

Prompt Service. HP showed great flexibility by assisting us with a repair while they were moving offices. We appreciated the customer service at their office and thoroughness on the repair. I highly recommend them.

Carter and all the people that work at Hefner pools are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't trust any other pool company.
